To help us assist you, please include:

the email address connected to your account;
the name of the wedding concerned;
whether you are using Android or iPhone;
a short description of what happened; and
a screenshot, if helpful.

Please never send us your password, verification codes, complete payment details, purchase tokens or other sensitive authentication information.

Report content or behaviour

If you encounter inappropriate content or behaviour, use the reporting option available in the app.

If you cannot access the reporting function, contact support@brollopsappen.se and describe where the content appeared. We review safety reports as promptly as reasonably possible.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services.

Purchases and wedding activation

Purchases are processed securely by Apple or Google Play.

If a wedding was not activated after a completed purchase, use Check previous purchases in the app first. If the problem continues, contact us and include:

the platform used for the purchase;
the approximate date of purchase; and
the name of the wedding you intended to activate.

Do not send complete payment-card details or raw purchase credentials.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account from within Bröllopsappen through your account settings.

You may also use our online account-deletion page. For security, we may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing an external request.
